Evan Little

Evan Little is a seasoned design and sustainability consultant with extensive experience in real estate and innovative urban development. Currently serving as a Design Consultant at Dave Fox Design | Build Remodelers since February 2021, Evan also holds the position of Sustainability Consultant at Grow Grassroots since April 2009. Previously, Evan founded and served as President of Orange County Lofts, focusing on new urbanism real estate sales that promote sustainability through enhanced zoning density and walkability. Additional roles include Co-Founder and CCO at Nook Real Estate and Real Estate Consultant at Surterre Properties, where a strong emphasis was placed on green development and the sale of LEED Certified properties. Early experience includes a real estate salesperson position at Volkl Investments Inc. and an apprenticeship at David B. Fink Architects, which provided valuable insights into design processes and drafting. Education includes coursework at Fullerton College, Orange Coast College, and Saddleback College, complemented by a high school diploma from Mission Viejo High School.
