Thomas Dill

Thomas Dill has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as an Instructor at Dave Jones since August 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Consultant and Interim HR Manager specializing in labor relations from July 2020 to August 2022. From 1997 to 2020, Thomas held the position of Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations at McCain Foods, where a key achievement was leading the HR Transformation program to evolve the HR team into a strategic business partner for eight food manufacturing facilities and corporate teams. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater between 1977 and 1981.
