Jamie Kohlmann

Jamie Kohlmann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and non-profit fundraising. Currently a Licensed Sales Agent at Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate since 2017, Jamie provides concierge-level service to home buyers and sellers. Previous roles include Director of Major Gifts at Human Coalition, where outreach and strategy supported the organization's mission against abortion, and Senior Consultant at A.C. Fitzgerald & Associates, LLC, specializing in strategic development and fundraising for non-profits. As a former President of Citizen Leader Alliance and Grassroot Institute of Hawaii, Jamie excelled in fundraising and outreach. Early career experiences include serving as an Education Policy Analyst at Texas Public Policy Foundation and as Miss Texas 2004. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University.
