Donna Minor

Donna Minor is an experienced professional in the field of adoption and juvenile services, currently serving as the Adoption Program Manager at the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption since October 2019. Previously, Donna held the position of Probation Officer at the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, Division of Domestic Relations and Juvenile Branch from June 2017 to October 2019.
