Danielle Holroyd

Danielle Holroyd currently serves as the Senior Commercial Counsel at Dave, managing commercial contracts and processes since October 2025. Prior to this role, Danielle Holroyd worked at Credit Karma as Associate Corporate Counsel II, leading initiatives in data governance, AI/ML compliance, and contract efficiency, while also managing outside counsel. Danielle Holroyd has extensive experience negotiating and managing procurement agreements and advising on compliance with various laws, having held positions at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as an Associate, and serving in various law clerk roles at firms and organizations such as Hirst Law Group and the Yolo County District Attorney's office. Educational qualifications include a JD from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and advanced degrees in Agricultural Engineering and Animal and Nutritional Sciences from the University of Kentucky and West Virginia University, respectively.
