Kate Holmes

Kate Holmes is the Vice President & Head of Design and Research at Dave since 2021. Kate is also a member at Chief, a private network connecting exceptional female leaders. Previously, Kate worked at Walmart eCommerce as the Senior Director of Design, where Kate oversaw the team growth and portfolio development. Prior to that, Kate was the Executive Director of Experience Research & Strategy at Chase, where Kate managed a team and led customer-centered design approaches. Kate also has experience at Amazon and Yummly in roles focused on customer experience and user experience, respectively. Kate's background includes strategic planning, team management, and product design in various industries including food, retail, and technology.
