Mayank Kumar

Mayank Kumar is a seasoned product management executive with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and innovative product strategies across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at Dave since January 2026, Mayank previously held multiple roles at Policygenius, including Advisor and Vice President, Head of Product, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a large team and driving marketplace strategies. Additional experience includes co-founding Nashi, Inc., and serving as Director of Product Management at WeWork and Tile, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Mayank has engaged in angel investing and advising in early-stage startups and has technical roots as a Senior iOS Developer at Pandora. With degrees from Brown University and the Indian Institute of Technology, complemented by courses at Stanford University, Mayank combines technical expertise with a strong foundation in business and management principles.
