James Davella is the President of Davella Studios, a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning and operations for the restaurant and food service industry. Since the inception of Davella Studios in January 2005, James has employed a collaborative approach driven by principles such as Epicurean Culture and Innovative Spirit to deliver tailored culinary solutions. Prior to this role, James served as a Director at Shawmut Design and Construction and was the Principal of Ricca Newmark Design. Additionally, a regional manager at Cini-Little International, James has extensive experience across various facets of the culinary and design industries. James holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
