John Allen

John Allen currently serves as a Contract Manager at Davenport Aviation since August 2022. Prior to this role, John was a Congressional Delegate for the 5th District of Virginia from May 2020 to August 2022. John has extensive experience in the Virginia Army National Guard, holding various positions from October 1989 to May 2020, including Operations Manager, Emergency Manager, Quota Source Manager, Army Senior Instructor, Legal Specialist, and Supply Specialist. Earlier in John's career, an Operations Intern position was held at the US Army from December 1985 to July 1989. John studied at Saint Leo University, completing two semesters toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services.
