Brittany Peacock

Brittany Peacock, MLIS, currently serves as the Community Outreach Supervisor at Davenport Public Library since January 2019 and has held the position of President at the Association of Bookmobile and Outreach Services (ABOS) from January 2023 to December 2023, focusing on creating professional opportunities for members. Previously, Brittany worked as a Youth Services Librarian at Mount Pleasant Public Library from April 2013 to July 2017, managing a department and overseeing hiring and training. Additional experience includes roles as a Cognitive Skills Trainer at Learning Rx, aiding in client assessment and support, and as a Library Assistant at Henderson County Public Library, where responsibilities included shelving and patron assistance. Brittany holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Coe College.
