Dionne Brown, P.E. is a highly experienced civil engineer and luxury travel advisor, currently serving as the Owner and Founder of DCB Travel Experience since March 2019. Prior to this role, Dionne held various engineering positions at DAVENPORT, including Project Manager and Project Engineer, since November 2013. Previous experience includes roles at NCDOT as a Project Planning Engineer and Transportation Engineer Associate from June 2007 to November 2013, as well as an Engineer Intern at AFRAM CORPORATION and a summer intern at the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Dionne holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Memphis, earned in 2007.
