Lopaka Bounds is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, technical support, and military service. Currently serving as an Assistant Engineer at DAVENPORT since January 2014, Lopaka previously worked as an Onsite Technician at Sterilmed, where the focus was on facilitating the collection and shipment of Single Use Medical Devices for reprocessing and recycling, contributing to substantial fiscal savings in hospitals. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Service Representative at Sprint, addressing mobile device issues and educating customers on new technologies, as well as serving as a Sergeant-Reconnaissance Marine in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership and strategic mission coordination were pivotal. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Business from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and two associate degrees in Science and Surgical Technology from Cape Fear Community College and Miller-Motte College-Wilmington, respectively.
