Jean Capelli

Jean Capelli is an experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach with a diverse background in financial technology, banking, and project management. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at Daveo since March 2023, Jean has previously held similar roles at WeArePhyGital.io, where Jean was also a co-founder, and Sodexo, where Jean facilitated multiple international squads in a data-centric environment. Jean's earlier positions include Scrum Master roles at HSBC and Allianz Trade, along with co-founding FriendsClear, a crowdlending startup. With foundational experience in finance and technology from positions at Groupe BPCE, BNP Paribas, and BearingPoint, Jean possesses a strong academic background with dual master's degrees from Sciences Po and Université Paris Nanterre.
