Amy Davis

Amy Davis has a strong background in payroll management and administrative roles. Amy worked as a Payroll Manager at Thomas & King, Inc. from 1995 to 2008. Amy then joined MarkMonitor as a Payroll Manager from 2008 to 2011. Amy later worked at J.R. Simplot Company, where they held various roles including Payroll Manager from 2011 to 2012, Enterprise Support Services Manager from 2012 to 2014, and Disbursements and Receipts Manager from 2014 to 2015. Most recently, they joined Dave's Hot Chicken as the Chief Administrative Officer in November 2021.

Amy Davis completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1983 to 1987.
