Anthony Covelli

Anthony Covelli is an accomplished professional in the food service industry with extensive management experience. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Dave's Hot Chicken since March 2022, Anthony has also held the positions of Regional Supervisor and General Manager within the same organization. Prior to this, Anthony spent eight years at IAN'S PIZZA MKE, INC, where roles included General Manager, Finance Director, and Assistant General Manager. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned in May 2015.
