Leon Davoyan

Leon Davoyan, EMBA, has an extensive work experience in information technology and management roles. Leon is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Dave's Hot Chicken since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a consultant at BabsoCo, where they provided IT strategy, system implementations, and consulting services to hospitality and retail companies. In 2022, they also held the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Kitchen United, where they implemented new technology initiatives, optimized protocols, and enhanced software reliability. From 2018 to 2021, Leon worked as the Vice President of Information Technology at Blaze Pizza, where they rebuilt the NRO program, standardized processes, and introduced new applications for improved operations. Leon also served as the Director of Information Technology at The Veggie Grill from 2012 to 2015, where they developed and implemented IT strategies and systems. In earlier roles, Leon held positions such as Director of Information Systems at Pinkberry Ventures, Director of IT at SBE Entertainment, Manager of POS and Field Systems at FoodBrand LLC, and Director of Internal Systems at Santa Anita Racetrack. Leon'sachievements include implementing innovative systems, expanding internationally, and improving efficiency and profitability within organizations.

Leon Davoyan, EMBA attended Hoover High School for their high school education. Leon then pursued their higher education at Glendale Community College with a focus on business administration. Leon later obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, with a minor in Economics, from California State University, Northridge. Most recently, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the American University of Beirut.
