Philip Palumbo

Philip Palumbo is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with significant experience in the food and fitness industries. Currently, Philip serves as the owner of Dave's Hot Chicken for the Houston and College Station markets, leading the expansion of one of America's fastest-growing brands since 2022. Philip is also a co-founder of BODYROK, which offers unique Pilates-inspired strength training classes since 2011. Previous roles include ownership and operation of McDonald's franchises for three decades, serving as San Diego Co-Op President responsible for local decision-making for 114 restaurants, and ownership of Project M Worldwide until 2023. Philip has been active in various charitable and professional organizations, including board positions with Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego and the San Diego Sports Commission. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of San Diego.
