Nce John Sans

John Sans has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. John started their career as a Staff Sergeant in the US Air Force, where they served for eleven years as a heavy equipment operator. John received the Air Force Achievement Medal in 1996. After leaving the Air Force, John worked as a Field Representative for Tradesmen International, a construction labor support organization. In this role, they built long-term relationships with construction customers and provided skilled workers on an as-needed basis. Following their time at Tradesmen International, John interned in Media Relations for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club before joining Davians in 2004. At Davians, they held various roles, including Senior Account Executive and later Director of Sales. Davians specializes in micro market, vending, office coffee, and catering services, managing cafeterias for large employee populations and offering banquet halls for weddings and corporate gatherings.

John Sans, NCE, has a diverse education history. John completed the NAMA Executive Development Program at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, although the exact start year is unknown, they finished the program in 2016. In 2008, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership/Quality from Marian University of Fond du Lac. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the same university between 2000 and 2003. Their high school education was completed at Mukwonago High School, where they attended from 1987 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, John Sans obtained the NAMA Certified Executive certification in October 2017, although the institution granting the certification is not specified.
