Valerie Reaves

Valerie Reaves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business operations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at David Boland, Inc. since January 2016, Valerie has also held roles as Human Resources Generalist and Administrative Assistant within the company. Prior to that, Valerie co-owned and managed TVR Construction, Inc. from 2004 to 2014, overseeing all business operations and accounting functions, with significant responsibility for client invoicing and payroll using QuickBooks. Earlier career experience includes a role as Purchasing Agent at Osler Medical, Inc. (1995-2004), where Valerie managed procurement for a large medical group and also contributed as a Patient Account Representative/Claims Specialist, ensuring excellent customer service and accuracy in claims processing. Valerie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from UCF College of Business (2014-2015).
