David Couper

David Couper has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. David is the CEO, Founder, and Investor of David Couper Consulting Inc., a consultancy and coaching company specializing in culture transformation, executive and leadership development, change management, and building resilience. David has coached C-level individuals in major healthcare organizations, developed training strategies for senior teams, and created culture transformation programs for leaders and employees. David was also a Chair at Vistage International, where they facilitated group discussions and provided guidance to executives. In addition, David worked as a Senior Statewide Training Manager at Kaiser Permanente, leading a team responsible for training and development, communication, and culture shift. David was an author and speaker for Outsiders On The Inside, and served as VP of Training & Development at Countrywide Home Loans. Prior to that, David worked at Arthur Andersen as a Consultant, managing teams and developing change integration processes. David also has experience as an Interactive Designer at Convergent Communications and BBC Worldwide.
