Sabrina Sommer

Sabrina Sommer is an experienced professional in the field of education, currently serving as an Equity Specialist and High School Counselor for the David Douglas School District since August 2014. Prior to this, Sabrina worked as a Family Support Worker for the Insights Teen Parent Program, where responsibilities included parent education, home visits, and early childhood development screening. Earlier experience includes serving as an Instructional Assistant at Corvallis High School, focusing on interpretation/translation, ESL instruction, and supporting school counselors with various academic and crisis-related tasks. Sabrina holds a Master's in School Leadership from the University of Oregon College of Education, a Master's degree in School Counseling from George Fox University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oregon State University.
