Anthony Wilen

Anthony Wilen, P.E. is a seasoned professional in transportation engineering with extensive experience in managing projects and teams. Currently serving as the Puget Sound Region Roads and Highways Group Leader at David Evans and Associates, Inc., Anthony oversees workload planning and professional development while ensuring alignment between team capabilities and project requirements. Previous roles include Transportation Project Manager and Transportation Engineer, where Anthony provided comprehensive engineering, planning, and operations services across the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Anthony has served as a Traffic Engineering Consultant for the City of Sammamish and interned with the Public Works Department of the City of Lynnwood. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Idaho.
