Michelle Willis

Michelle Willis has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at David Evans and Associates, Inc. since April 2007, after previously holding positions as Associate Director of Human Resources within the same organization. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Knowledge Learning Corporation from September 2004 to April 2007 as Director of Corporate Recruitment and Employment and as Corporate Human Resources Manager. An early career included a brief tenure as an Executive Recruiter at Management Recruiters International in 2004 and a managerial position in Human Resources at Brown & Cole from 1998 to 2003. Michelle holds an MBA in Business Management and a BA in Business Administration and Spanish, both from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude for the bachelor's degree.
