Tom Shepherd

Tom Shepherd is a seasoned User Experience professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a User Experience Manager at David Jones since March 2021, Tom has held various roles including User Experience Lead and UX/UI Designer. Prior experience at National Australia Bank from December 2010 to September 2020 includes positions such as User Experience Designer, Continuous Improvements Consultant, Research and Business Analyst, Customer Research Analyst, and Customer Service Specialist. Tom holds a Certificate IV in Graphic Design from Shillington Education (2017) and a Certificate IV in Screen & Media from Footscray City Films (2010), alongside a High School Diploma from Northcote High School (2007).
