Ana Lopes

Ana Lopes is an experienced artistic professional with a strong background in curatorial practices and artist relations. Currently serving as an Artist Liaison at David Kordansky Gallery since September 2021, Ana facilitates projects involving represented and non-represented artists and has led cross-departmental efforts for exhibitions featuring notable artists. Previous roles include Curatorial Research Assistant at the Center for Curatorial Studies, Bard College, where contributions supported the exhibition "Black Melancholia," and Graduate Curatorial Intern at the Carpenter Center for Visual Arts, where extensive research aided in the development of exhibition materials. Ana’s academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Curatorial Studies from Bard College and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Global and Liberal Studies from New York University.
