Sue Renner

Sue Renner serves as a Strategic Advisor and Executive Director at the David & Laura Merage Foundation, overseeing a consortium of private foundations and a public charity focused on community impact. With prior experience as the Founding Executive Director for Early Childhood Connections for Arapahoe and Douglas, Inc., Renner developed programs for children with disabilities and managed a team of 19 employees. Renner also held key roles at the Colorado Office of Resource and Referral Agencies, establishing early childhood initiatives, and served as Interagency Coordinator at Disability Connections, fostering collaborations among families and service systems. Renner holds a Master’s degree in Human Development from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
