Maxim Tulupnikov has had a diverse range of work experiences over the years. Maxim began their career as a Credit Specialist at MDM Bank in 2004, where they focused on selling retail loans to individual customers. In 2006, they moved to Banque Societe Generale Vostok (Societe Generale Group) and held multiple roles, including Individual Banking Account Manager and Acting Branch Manager. Maxim then joined Rosbank (Societe Generale Group) in 2011 as a Branch Manager, where they managed all aspects of clients' business and developed the branch's client base. Finally, in 2013, they became a Senior Vice President Investments at David Lerner Associates, Inc., an investment company. Overall, Maxim Tulupnikov has gained extensive experience in banking, branch management, and investment roles throughout their career.

Maxim Tulupnikov completed their Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance from St.-Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Maxim then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Finance and Economics from Stockholm University, attending from 2005 to 2006. Additionally, Maxim had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at the University of Hamburg in 2004, focusing on the field of Management.
