Baljit Matharu

Baljit Matharu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and communication roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Activity & Comms Lead at Lets Go Southall and Dance Fitness Instructor at David Lloyd Leisure, Baljit has a passion for teaching Zumba, being a ZIN™ Member since 2017. With a commitment to community engagement, Baljit is also the Managing Director of Masti Dancers, focusing on teaching Bollywood and Bhangra to younger generations. Prior experience includes roles such as Network Operations Manager and Concession Support Manager at Doddle Parcels, and Administrator/Team Leader at Thandi Coaches. Academic qualifications include an MA in Events and Exhibitions Management from Birmingham City University and a BA (Hons) in Media and Cultural Studies from the University of Wolverhampton.
