Brendan Mitchell

Brendan Mitchell has extensive experience in acquisitions and development within the hospitality sector, currently serving as the Head of Acquisitions (UK) at David Lloyd Leisure since January 2014. Previously, Brendan held the position of Development Director at Motel One Development GmbH, overseeing site acquisitions and development for hotels across the UK from November 2010 to July 2013. Brendan's career also includes roles as Project Manager at Capital 88, where responsibilities included managing a St James's property and conducting a feasibility study for a Caribbean island acquisition, and Development Manager at Accor Hotels, focusing on hotel development through various contractual agreements. Additionally, Brendan worked as Estates and Acquisitions Manager at Esporta, supporting property acquisition efforts. Brendan holds a BA Hons degree in Leisure Planning with Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University and completed GCSEs and A Levels at Eastbourne College.
