Currently a licensed realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty since December 2017, Michael specializes in both residential and commercial real estate and has a proven track record of generating more than $20 million in annual sales growth through successful startup projects in the commercial retail sector. As President of RPI Commercial - Buckstore Inc. since 2001, Michael has developed over 2000 retail dollar and discount stores nationwide and internationally, focusing on tenant representation, real estate development, and financial consulting. Previously, as General Manager Operations at LILA - IFISA S.A. from 1991 to 2000, Michael oversaw commodities trading and business development for the Mercosur region, covering key Latin American markets.
