Ellen Harty

Ellen Harty is an experienced professional in the art and event management sectors, currently serving as an Events Assistant and Gallery Assistant at David Zwirner since April 2021. Prior roles include Gallery Assistant and Intern positions at Gagosian from November 2019 to February 2021, as well as a Fitness Instructor and Front Desk staff member at Pure Barre from June 2016 to May 2019. Ellen's internship at the American Academy in Rome involved detailed documentation of Ancient Roman and Greek coins. A two-week training session as a Field Archaeologist at the Balkan Heritage Field School in Bulgaria provided significant field experience. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Classics and Classical Languages from The Johns Hopkins University, and also studied at the Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies.
