Rachel Zaretsky

Rachel Zaretsky is a dedicated professional in the art sector with a strong background in gallery and studio assistance, as well as teaching. Currently serving as a Gallery Assistant at David Zwirner since May 2023, Rachel has previously worked as a Studio Assistant for both Suzanne Lacy and David Horvitz Studio, and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California, focusing on performance art and visual creation. Rachel's experience also includes roles as an Archivist at Los Angeles Contemporary Archive and an Artist Mentor at Venice Arts, along with earlier positions in various galleries. Rachel holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual and Critical Studies from the School of Visual Arts.
