Andrei Kravtsov

Andrei Kravtsov has a strong background in software development and technology leadership. Andrei began their career as a Software Developer at Onistar AS, where they focused on establishing distribution networks and leading a sales team. In 2006, Andrei joined UATL Eurokir OÜ as a Software Developer before moving on to Indico Systems AS. At Indico Systems, they served as a Director of Software Engineering, where they recruited and built a team that successfully developed and launched revenue-generating software products. Andrei then became the CTO of Indico Systems, responsible for architecting and leading the development of a secure digital interview recording and evidential management platform. Under their supervision, thousands of users worldwide adopted the platform, with over 4,000 successful installations in 40 countries. Throughout their roles, Andrei demonstrated expertise in software development, system testing, and integration with existing infrastructure and business processes.
