Børge Hansen has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 1996 with Ericsson AS as a Developer and Design Manager. Børge then worked as a Product Manager, Developer, and Sales Lead at InfoSpine AS from 2000 to 2003. From 2003 to 2008, they held the role of Technical Lead, Team Lead, and Project Manager at Exense AS, where they were involved in building ERP and supply chain solutions for Swedish Public Health Care.

In 2008, Børge joined Microsoft and took on various roles within the company, including Technology Evangelist, Application Platform Product Marketing Manager, Cloud Business Developer, and Director of Developer and Platform. Børge also served as Director of Solution Sales, Enterprise and Partner Group, where they built and managed a team of senior Solution and Technical Sales Professionals.

After leaving Microsoft, Børge worked at Atea Norge as a Director of Consulting Services and later as an Interim Regional Director. Børge then joined Dolittle AS as a Chief Commercial Officer and a Member of the Board of Directors. At Pone Biometrics, where they started in 2018 and continues to work, Børge has served as a Member of the Board of Directors, focusing on reducing businesses' vulnerability to data attacks with the OFFPAD product.

Most recently, in 2022, Børge became the CEO of Davidhorn.

Børge Hansen completed their Executive MBA in Digital; Developing and Managing Digital Organisations from BI Norwegian Business School, which they attended from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued IT - Candidate degree in Software development and Project management from The Norwegian School of Information Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Børge has obtained several certifications, including Innovation and Entrepreneurship from UC Berkeley Executive Education in February 2019, Design thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute in November 2018, Business Strategy and Financial Acumen from INSEAD Executive Education in June 2016, and Challenging customers through business model innovation from INSEAD Executive Education in April 2016.
