Dusan Petrovic, Assoc CIPD

Dusan Petrovic has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dusan started their career at Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection in 2012, where they held various roles including Night Auditor, Receptionist, and Purser. Dusan then moved on to River Advice AG in 2016, where they served as a Human Resources Officer before being promoted to Senior Human Resources Officer. In 2019, they joined FX Broker as an HR Recruiter and later became an HR/Recruitment Supervisor. In 2021, Dusan Petrovic joined Pay.com as a Human Resources Manager before transitioning to David Kennedy Recruitment Ltd., where they currently hold the position of Talent Advisor and Service Delivery Manager. Overall, Dusan Petrovic has gained comprehensive experience in HR and recruitment throughout their career.

Dusan Petrovic, Assoc CIPD commenced their education journey in 2008, attending the College of Hotel Management in Belgrade, Serbia. Dusan pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree with a specialization in Restaurant Management, completing their studies in 2011.

In terms of additional certifications, Dusan Petrovic obtained the CIPD Level 5 certification from CIPD in May 2020. Furthermore, in November 2017, they acquired the NLP Practitioner certification from The Irish Institute of NLP.
