Scott Richter has held various accounting and finance roles throughout their career. Scott started in 2000 as an Operations Senior at Arthur Andersen before moving on to Towers Perrin in 2002, where they served as an Accounting Manager until 2008. Scott then joined Pep Boys as an Accounting Manager and remained there until 2014. In 2014, they joined Deb Shops, Inc. as an Assistant Controller before transitioning to David's Bridal in 2015. At David's Bridal, they initially served as a Director of Accounting and later became the Assistant Controller. In 2021, they were promoted to the role of Vice President, Controller at David's Bridal.
Scott Richter earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting from Drexel University in the years 1988 to 1992. Scott later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from Penn State Great Valley from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) awarded by the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy.
