Gordon Tainton

Gordon Tainton has extensive experience in senior management roles across various industries, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Davidson Chalmers Stewart LLP since August 2015. Prior to this, Tainton held the position of Chief Operating Officer at PayWizard Group plc from June 2012 to July 2015 and spent over a decade at MGt plc as Managing Director - Support Services. Early career roles include Head of Finance at Rutherford Manson Dowds, Financial Controller at Sky Subscriber Services, and Computer Auditor at the Scottish Legal Aid Board. Tainton's professional journey began at KPMG, where Gordon served as Audit Manager for over a decade. Tainton holds a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and attended CBC Pretoria for earlier education.
