Sheila Webster

Sheila Webster is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in dispute resolution, particularly in commercial and property litigation. Currently serving as the Immediate Past President of The Law Society of Scotland, Sheila has held various leadership roles within the organization, including President and Vice President. At Davidson Chalmers Stewart LLP, Sheila works as a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution, recognized for expertise in addressing complex commercial issues. Previously, Sheila led the Property Dispute Resolution team at Bell & Scott and contributed to commercial and property litigation as an Associate at Dundas & Wilson. Sheila holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen, an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
