Jay Pfeifer

Jay Pfeifer has a diverse work experience. Jay started their career as an Intern at Matousek and Associates in 1998. Jay then worked as a Systems Specialist at Capital One from 1999 to 2000, followed by a role as a Communications Specialist from 2000 to 2003. Pfeifer also worked as a Contributing Writer and Editorial Intern at Punchline Magazine from 2001 to 2003. In 2006, they joined NASCAR Illustrated, where they held various positions including Associate Editor, Editor, and eventually Editor-in-chief. Jay worked in these roles until 2015 when they became the Director of Media Relations at Davidson College.

Jay Pfeifer attended Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism from 2003 to 2004 and obtained a master's degree in Print Journalism. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in American History at Washington and Lee University, completing their BA degree from 1995 to 1999. Before their university education, Jay attended the Home Of The Fightin Tritons from 1991 to 1995, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned for this period.
