David Hammer

David Hammer has had an extensive career in human resources. David started their career at VF Corporation in 1978, where they held various HR positions focused on employee relations, staffing, recruiting, and succession planning. In 1998, Hammer joined VF Playwear as the VP of Human Resources before moving on to become the President of Davidson Group HR Solutions in 2004.

David Hammer received their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1976. Afterward, they pursued their Master of Arts degree in English from the same institution, graduating in 1978.
