Scott Paige

Scott Paige has extensive experience in the construction and development industry. Scott currently holds the position of Senior VP, Operations at Davidson Homes since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mattamy Homes as the National Vice President, Operations - US Group from December 2014 to October 2021. Scott'sprevious roles include Vice President of Operations at KB Home from October 2013 to December 2014, President & Owner of Archstone Development Group, Inc. from January 2009 to December 2014, and VP of Construction & Development at American Land Lease, Inc. from July 2012 to October 2013. Before that, they had a long-term tenure at PulteGroup, where they worked as Director of Construction, Area Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent from 1996 to 2009.

Scott Paige attended Florida State University from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology.
