Alison Horton

Alison Horton has over 17 years of work experience in the financial industry. Alison started their career as an Associate at Seward & Kissel LLP in 2001, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they joined Pequot Capital as a Vice President and Senior Counsel, a position they held for three years. In 2008, they were appointed as the Managing Director and Legal Counsel at Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP, where they currently serve.

Alison Horton completed their Bachelor's degree in English from Princeton University from 1994 to 1998. Alison then pursued further education at the University of Virginia School of Law, where they obtained their J.D. degree between 1998 and 2001.
