Arthur Damoulakis

Arthur Damoulakis has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Arthur currently holds the position of Vice President, Legal Counsel at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, which they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they were a Legal Counsel at the same company from November 2022 to January 2023. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at The Beneficient Company Group, L.P. as General Counsel.

Before that, Arthur held the position of Managing Director, Legal at EJF Capital LLC from April 2017 to January 2020. Arthur also worked as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from October 2014 to April 2017, and as a Law Clerk at the same company from January 2014 to April 2014.

Arthur gained valuable experience at the US Securities and Exchange Commission as a Law Student Observer with the Division of Investment Management from September 2013 to November 2013, and as a Law Student Observer with the Division of Enforcement from January 2013 to April 2013.

Arthur also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Judge Amy Berman Jackson at the United States District Court of the District of Columbia from September 2012 to January 2013.

Arthur began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at Erickson Retirement from May 2008 to November 2012.

Arthur Damoulakis has an extensive education history. Arthur began their educational journey at the University of Maryland, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in an undisclosed field of study. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. After completing their MBA, Arthur continued their education at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law from 2010 to 2011. Although the field of study and degree name for this program are not provided, it is evident that they further explored the legal field during this period. Finally, Arthur graduated with the highest honors from The George Washington University Law School in 2014, obtaining their Juris Doctor (JD) degree and achieving the prestigious Order of the Coif recognition.
