Erica Laudano

Erica Laudano has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Erica currently holds the position of Vice President, Compliance Associate, and Legal Counsel at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at LibreMax Capital, LLC as the Chief Compliance Officer and Assistant General Counsel from May 2019 to September 2022. Erica also served as the Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel at A.R.T. Advisors, LLC from June 2013 to May 2019. Before that, they worked as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Compliance Officer at TUDOR INVESTMENT CORPORATION from January 2010 to June 2013. Erica began their career as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP in November 2004. Erica also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Saxe Doernberger & Vita PC in 2003 and as a Legal Intern at the U.S. District Court - District of Connecticut from May 2002 to May 2003. Erica's earliest experience was as a Compliance Examiner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from July 1998 to July 2001.

Erica Laudano has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) degree with a double major in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University. Erica also holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
