Kathryn Melrose

Kathryn Melrose has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Kathryn began their career at Hutton Consulting as an Asset Management Consultant and worked there for five years. Kathryn then joined HBK Capital Management as a Recruitment Partner, specializing in London and Asia. After a year, they moved on to J. Robert Scott, where they held the position of Principal for two years. Kathryn then joined Meditor Capital Management Limited as part of their Human Resources and Recruitment team, where they worked for three years. Following that, they became the Head of Human Resources at Rokos Capital Management for two years. Currently, they are working as a Managing Director at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, focusing on HR Business Partnering and Recruitment.

Kathryn Melrose completed their education at Pates Grammar School from 1987 to 1994. While at Pates Grammar School, they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Following this, they attended the University of Cambridge from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a 1st Class Honours degree in Social & Political Science.
