Kristin Ballas, SPHR, CCP, is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Kristin serves in Human Resources for Global IT at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin worked at WaypointHR LLC as a Human Resources professional and held leadership positions including Head of Human Resources at Financial Services and TIFF Investment Management. Kristin also contributed as Vice President, HR Business Partner for the Asset Management Group at PNC and as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting. Kristin's career began in the HR Leadership Program at General Electric (GE) Financial Assurance, where skills were further developed in employee benefits. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Certificate in Professional Human Resource Management from Villanova University.
