Vanessa Parkinson de Castro

Vanessa Parkinson de Castro has extensive experience in structured products and credit investing, currently serving as a CMBS and CRE investor at Davidson Kempner Capital Management since January 2021. Prior to this role, Vanessa was a Senior Vice President at Fortress Investment Group, specializing in CMBS credit and various structured finance products from July 2017 to September 2020. Vanessa's earlier experience includes mortgage trading at Goldman Sachs, focusing on agency and non-agency CMBS from January 2015 to July 2017, and working as an analyst in the Securitized Products Group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from January 2011 to December 2014. Vanessa holds a Master of Arts in Quantitative Methods in Finance from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts with a triple major in Economics, History, and Political Science from Northwestern University.
