Chrissy Lance has over 18 years of work experience. Chrissy began their career in 2003 at Old Navy, starting as a Department Specialist and progressing to roles such as Logistics Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, Senior Merchandise Manager, and finally, General Manager. After working at Old Navy for almost 17 years, Chrissy joined Davidson Technologies Inc. in 2020 as a Human Resources Generalist. In January 2021, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Manager, where they continue to work.
