Dave Nixon

Dave Nixon has over 40 years of work experience in the software engineering field. Dave started their career at Brandin Research in 1979 as a Software Engineer and worked there until 1987. From 1987 to 1989, they worked as a Software Engineer at Tracor. In 1989, they moved on to Martin Marietta as a Senior Software Engineer until 1995. During this time, they became a Branch Chief and Staff Software Architect at Sparta, Inc., where they worked from 1995 to 2011. In 2008, Sparta, Inc. was acquired by Cobham, Inc., and Dave continued their role as a Branch Chief and Staff Software Architect until 2011. Since 2011, Dave has been working at Davidson Technologies as a Staff Software Architect.

Dave Nixon earned their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, from 1978 to 1984. Dave later pursued a Master's degree in Systems Engineering at Colorado Technical University in 2008, and the end year is not provided.
