Richard Powers

Richard Powers has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Richard began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Ferranti International Controls in 1986 and stayed with the company until 1997. Following this, they joined WorldCom as a Software Manager, where they worked until 2002. At WorldCom, they gained valuable experience in managing software projects.

In 2002, Richard joined SPARTA as a Division Manager and held this position until 2011. During their tenure, they successfully managed a division and contributed to the company's growth.

In 2011, Richard transitioned to Davidson Technologies Inc., where they have held various roles. Richard initially started as a Vice President, taking on the responsibility of the JRDC Program Manager. In this role, they led a team of 85 employees and effectively managed the program's scope and finances. Additionally, they served as a Task Order Manager for the MDST software engineering organization, where they successfully oversaw software engineering projects.

Richard's hard work and diverse experience have made him a valuable asset in the industry, with expertise in senior leadership, program management, and software engineering.

Richard Powers attended Trinity University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer and Information Sciences, with a focus on General studies.
